Loved the friendly staff and quick check-in! The valet service saved us from a train fiasco. The location is just brilliant for wandering.
But honestly, my room smelled like a fish market on a bad day. A five-star experience? More like a four-star fishy airway!

Exceptional service and luxurious stay
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Our Classic Double Room was spacious and immaculate, featuring high-quality furnishings and luxurious amenities that enhanced our comfort. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delightful selection of freshly baked goods and a variety of organic juices. The only downside was that the spa felt a bit crowded during peak times, which could be improved for a smoother experience.

The breakfast offered a fantastic selection, making mornings enjoyable, and the location is incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room was equipped with a nice coffee pod machine, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. However, the suite felt underwhelming for the price, with worn furniture and a musty smell in the bathroom. The overcrowded spa situation detracted from the relaxation experience, and the previously personal touch of services has noticeably diminished over the years.
